Winemaker’s Notes:

Located on the east side of Mounts Vineyard overlooking Dry Creek Valley, Jacob’s Ridge lies on the highest point of the ranch. Its hillside structure and well-drained soil produces the finest Cabernet grapes in the valley. This is a dense, plum-colored Cabernet Sauvignon with profound and sultry aromas of black cherry, blackberry and vanilla. Ripe black cherry, blackberry and subtle hints of green olive burst forth on the palate. Enjoy this full-bodied, well-balanced wine with hearty beef tenderloin or an elegant filet mignon.
