Is there by any chance a novelist associated with this winery? Someone who wrote a 50,000-word novel last November?? Looking for Amphora...

We have been wine club members for the past 2+ years. We so look forward to our shipments and have never been disappointed. We are taking another trip to wine country in September and you are definitely on our list of stops. It will be, I'm sure, the highlight of our trip. It was last time. :-) See you soon. Bob and MJ

Rick- Thanks so much for the tasting and conversation a few weeks back. When the rowdy “twentysomethings” rolled in and we finished our tasting in the barrel room for the next hour plus was truly the highlight of our most recent trip out to the valley. Melanie has some cool pics we’ll send snail mail for the “wall”. Look forward to being a member of the club and seeing you next May. Cheers! Troy & Melanie

I am down to my last 2003 Zinfandel and 2004 Syrah - and they have been stupendous additions to my very small collection of artistic wines.

I ca't wait for my new wines to arrive to share with holiday guests (and to keep a few for myself!

I poured for you, with your Gold and Silver award winners at the Harvest Festival, with my good friend Mitch Holloway! I had a good time, and especially loved tasting your fabulous wines. I was NEVER a Zin lover, until I tried your 2007 and 2006 Zin. WOW!! Repeat WOW!! and the Chardonnay, that one Silver there and Gold and the North of the Bridge....was delicious! Great wines! Congratulations! PS--I live in Hawaii.....just a bit too far to pick Amphora up for my delight. Thanks to Mitch...I have took one Chardonnay with me.

Rick,

Thank you so much for showing us such a good time (and such good wines) on our first visit to your winery this past Saturday. Living in the Bay Area, we go wine tasting frequently, and I have to say that our experience at your winery was the best we’ve ever had. The personal attention, the laughter and friendliness, combined with the excellent wine (not a bad one in the bunch!), made it a memorable occasion (from what I can remember!). Even Madeleine (6 years old) has been talking incessantly about coming back for the grape stomp. You’ve gained two -or 3!-more loyal customers. Looking forward to coming back in September. Cheers!

We recently visited with a large group of friends who have known Rick for years. I am now the newest fan of this amazing winemaker, story teller and overall fascinating guy! I've been traveling to the area for years and this was by far the most interesting, satisfying and entertaining experience I've had yet. Rick is an amazing, bright and friendly personality offering a wide selection of superb wines...he has cracked the code of life and spending just a few hours with him helps you understand the passion and energy behind his life and work. Cheers and thank you for a great day and now...the opportunity to enjoy the fruits of your labor (which you make look like fun)for years to come. What a memorable experience. A master winemaker who truly rocks!

Thanks for coming out here to Delaware for our Theatre's Fundraising Wine event. I enjoyed discovering your wines and was pleased with your zinfandel and syrah. Your passion and exuberance is transformed into your wines!

I appreciate your extra touch on signing my wine bottles. They will be displayed proudly with my collection. Look forward to coming out for a visit!

Cheers, Craig

Rick,

Kim and I wanted to thank you for your time sharing and tasting your yummie wines with us during our visit the week of Thanksgiving. The Pinot Noir DLG we purchased for Thanksgiving Dinner was huge success. We are looking forward to delivery of the futures to uncork more of your magic. Till our next visit.

Cheers,

Kim and Gary D.
