You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine or become a member of an Amphora Wine Club.  Wine will only be shipped to a street address (business address preferred), and an adult signature is required at delivery. You must remain an Amphora Wine Club for at least four wine club shipments, or you will be charged a $75 early cancellation fee. You are required to submit to us in writing any changes to your billing/shipping address, credit card information, or decision to cancel your membership.If a Wine Club delivery is made to your address in our files, you are responsible for payment whether or not you still reside at that address, and whether or not you receive that shipment. The required adult signature makes delivery to a business address most expedient.
