Returns & Cancellations
We stand behind all of our wines. Please let us know if you have a problem with any of our bottles. We use extremely high quality (and expensive!) corks in our wines, and very rarely one of them imparts a taint to the wine in bottle. Please contact us if you encounter a "corked" bottle; we may ask you to return the bottle in question, and will discuss a replacement or refund.
We are NOT responsible for wines that are improperly stored or transported, and are thus damaged by extremes of temperature!
If you you receive a shipment containing damaged or broken bottles, please let us know immediately!
Please note that cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restock charge.
