For our "Late-Picked Reserve" Port, we take Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel grapes at the peak of ripeness, ferment them slowly, and fortify the wine with clear grape brandy. The wine is blended with previous vintages of Port, and aged in neutral French oak barrels.
